Founder, Caitlyn Kuan, Esq., MBA, is an entrepreneur, attorney and business consultant with 19 years of experience, advising Fortune 500, NASDAQ 100, PE and small to medium business (SMB) clients.

For the past 13 years, she has specialized exclusively in growth strategy and M&A matters.

  • Growth strategy projects include market assessment, market entry, product development, portfolio optimization, customer insight, persona build, marketing strategy, pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, KPI tracking and performance optimization.

Caitlyn earned her MBA from the University of Michigan, her JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her BA from the University of California, Berkeley. She holds a real estate broker’s license, and is a member of the CA state bar. And she is a board member and EVP of the New York Chapter of Berkeley Haas Alumni Network.

Strategic partner advisor, Jason Brown, is the founder of San Antonio based PGP Advisory. He brings a highly unique approach to the business broker realm. Having spent over a decade in the corporate world, working with Fortune 500 companies, Jason understands what it takes to buy and sell businesses and improve small and midsized business transactions. He takes the strategies he learned in the corporate world and applies them to serve his clients.

During his years in the corporate world, Jason worked in many diverse industries, ranging from aerospace and defense, software implementation, technology, and food and agriculture to automotive, and property and causality insurance. He knows first-hand what it takes to operate a business and brings his perspective and business acumen of someone that understands the ins and outs of how business truly works.

Jason has seen firsthand how his work has impacted the lives of his clients. He is driven by a deep desire and belief that an experienced partner can have a powerful impact on the deal, its stakeholders, and the business. Jason earned his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, with a concentration in entrepreneurial finance and general management and his B.S. from Northwestern University in mechanical engineering. Additionally, as a real estate agent licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, he is able to provide support to business owners with both lease and real estate property components in transactions.
