Services from Kuan Advisory will be herein referred to as “Our Services” or “Kuan Advisory’s Services”.
By accessing or using Our Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy as well as our Terms of Service. If you are accessing or using Our Services as the employee or agent of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to represent the organization and that you are agreeing to this Policy and our Terms of Service on behalf of that organization. Kuan Advisory’s websites may also be governed by the content, privacy and security practices and policies of third party vendors including, but not limited to, SquareSpace, Acuity Scheduling, Vimeo, Zapier and Stripe. Our social media websites and apps may be governed by the content, privacy and security practices and policies of third party providers such as those of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google and Twitter. Kuan Advisory’s websites may contain links to other sites. It is your responsibility to review and accept or reject third party providers’ content, privacy and security practices and policies. Kuan Advisory is not responsible for the content, privacy and security practices and policies of third party websites and apps outside of websites and apps that we can directly and fully control.

To grant you access to or use of our services, we will store your contact and billing information. To share videos and photographs of our ‘talk’ workshops, we may record your image and voice. To share feedback / comments, we collect your words. If you voluntarily fill out our survey, we will collect your survey responses. For all visitors, we collect anonymized information like your browser type, length of time on our site, and some demographic data to help us learn more about our users.
2. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
In accordance with our Terms of Service, Kuan Advisory may collect information that identifies you including your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, job title, company name, geographic information such as city and country, image, voice, and written and verbal words, and video and audio recordings of you (collectively, “Your PII”). If you purchase Our Services, we and our third party vendors, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, Zapier and EventBrite, may collect and store your information that identifies you including your name, email address, phone number, address, billing and credit card information. If you fill out a survey from us, we may collect demographic information from the survey such as your gender, general age range, education level, general income range and industry sector (collectively, “Your Demographic Info”). Kuan Advisory may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your postal code, age, gender and preferences.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Kuan Advisory. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and Internet Service Provider. If so, the Privacy Policy in effect prior to the modified Privacy Policy will govern your prior access to and use of Our Services.
Due to the nature of our services, you agree that you are not entitled to any refunds or credits even if Our Services would have allowed for a longer access or use period time unless (i) the Privacy Policy was modified after your purchase or booking, or if you are a gift recipient, after your registration, (ii) you have not attended the appointment or attempted to login to access Our Services, and (iii) you have provided Notice of Disagreement (“Refund Exception”). If you qualify for the Refund Exception, within 25 days of the stated effective ‘as of’ date of the modified Privacy Policy, send us your refund request at dispute@agifalladvisory.com with information showing that you qualify for the Refund Exception along with all relevant identifying information for the refund.
